Arrived at Oireachtas! I’m walking around watching sets, my sister recalled and I can’t wait for awards
Anonymous asked: How do you make your butterflies/wrap arounds bigger and more noticeable ?
Increasing your quad strength can help you jump higher, but also practice them over and over again! If you can, hold onto a bar, but a table or standing between two chairs works just as well, and lift yourself up so you can practice the motion easier. Hope this helps!
Anonymous asked: I don't have a ton of money to spend on a solo dress, so do you know of any dress makers that are cheaper than some of the bigger ones?
Yes! There’s a dressmaker called Kirations in Atlanta that has been making really nice dresses! The Facebook is https://www.facebook.com/pages/Kirations/175469375828696?fref=ts I highly recommend her :)
If I could just get Oireachtas over with right now I so would because I feel like I’m not going to get any better over the next week and hopefully I won’t get worse… I JUST WANT IT TO BE OVER. This next week is going to be torture.

Last year it was Only You by Ellie Goulding but seriously this remix is amazing and I’m so pumped
Anonymous asked: how can improve my rocks? thanks!!!
Hold on to a bar or chair or table/etc while you practice them, make sure you pull up and keep the entire length of your legs together (thigh to knee to ankle to toes), and practice them often!!!!!
Just to reiterate, never let your legs leave any open space anywhere. Be as tight as you can (this is helped by being higher on your toes).
